(a) Operational SMS (Appointments & Updates)

  • Purpose: Appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, account notices, care instructions.

  • Frequency: Up to 6 messages per month while you are an active patient or member.

  • Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment.

(b) Promotional SMS (Offers & Marketing)

  • Purpose: Special offers, exclusive promotions, membership perks, and event invitations.

  • Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.

  • Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel promotional texts. Reply HELP for help.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Please note: Opting out of promotional texts will not stop necessary Operational SMS regarding your appointments or care.

3. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the opt-in checkbox on our forms, you agree to receive SMS messages in the category selected (Operational and/or Promotional). We may use double opt-in verification for promotional messaging. We maintain records of your consent (including time, date, IP address, and method of opt-in) for compliance.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message.

  • Reply HELP for support.

  • Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not affect delivery of operational appointment-related messages.
